Local Maori artist & carver Brian Mitchell began Tahi Toi as a way to promote Northlands unique culture and talented artists. Brians Upcoming Exhibitions & Courses

Brians Hebel Sculptures will be showcased at Whangarei Outdoor Sculpture & Garden Exhibition which will be held at the Quarry Gardens Whangarei. To see hebel sculpture being made a live workshop will be demonstrated during this event

Any persons interested the opportunity to learn the basics of Maori woodcarving with Brian who is currently tutoring on Mondays from 6pm-9.30pm at Kamo High School, Whangarei.
